Southern Glove Inc. announces a new line of industrial gloves called the Loggers Special. The Loggers Special glove is uniquely designed with the logger and woodsman in mind.

“The Loggers Special offers the wearer the ultimate in comfort and protection,” stated Jeff Carter, Vice-President of Sales, Southern Glove, Inc. “These gloves are designed for workers who demand a durable and reliable product when operating logging equipment. It’s one of the toughest gloves in our product line.”

The Loggers Special is by far the most popular design for the Pacific Northwest logger and woodsman. It features the distinctive fourchette pattern for continuous comfort. Made from 100% USA cotton, the combined weight in the canvas palm weighs 24 ounces offering the wearer increased protection and durability. This glove is available with elastic band shirring behind the wrist to ensure a secure and safe fit. The Loggers Special can also be ordered without the elastic band and is available in a knit wrist, band top or rubberized gauntlet cuff.

“The Loggers Special won’t let you down. We think our customers will appreciate the attention to detail we’ve given this glove and we are confident in their satisfaction while wearing these gloves,” concluded Carter.

Southern Glove, Inc. is a family-owned and operated industrial glove manufacturer. Headquartered in Newton, North Carolina, Southern Glove has been providing top-quality industrial work gloves, hand and arm protection products, and industrial aprons throughout the United States since 1945. The company also provides “full package manufacturing,” including contract cutting and sewing services of high-end private label industrial apparel, safety accessories, and other fabric products made to customers’ specifications.

Southern Gloves products are available throughout the United States exclusively through a national network of authorized glove distributors. The company also houses an extensive inventory of products in their Newton, NC, and Oklahoma City, OK, warehouses.
