National Safety Apparel (NSA), a seventy-six year-old manufacturer of safety apparel, has acquired Seattle-based Vinatronics, a high visibility apparel manufacturer.

Jason Leniski, GM of Vinatronics says “NSA and Vinatronics share a common tradition of high quality “Made in the USA” products. NSA’s sales force, distribution network, and cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities will power Vinatronics’ long term growth and sustainability, and provide more sales and service support to our customers.”

Duane Siders, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for National Safety Apparel, added “This acquisition is a clear indication that Made-in-the-USA is more important to the safety industry than ever before, and National Safety Apparel is committed to offering high-quality and innovative products manufactured right here in the United States. We are extremely excited about this acquisition.”

National Safety Apparel is a market leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality safety apparel for the electric, thermal, cut, rainwear and hi-visibility markets. NSA is registered to ISO 9001:2008, with design, by Smithers Quality Assessments.

National Safety Apparel was recently awarded the 2012 Top Workplaces Award and the WIRE-Net Mission Builder Award for investing in plant expansion, job creation, and new business growth in Northeast Ohio.
