Prepster Pineapple introduces 'Bucket Hat' for summers

Prepster Pineapple a new line of Hawaii-inspired cotton clothing designed by a teen for teens, is pleased to announce the Prepster Pineapple Bucket Hat, just in time for summer.

Made from 100% bio-washed chino cotton twill, the Prepster Pineapple Bucket Hat is the perfect way for teens to stay sunburn-free while looking (and feeling) cool this summer.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, a hat made of a tightly woven fabric with a wide brim is the best way to protect your face, ears, and neck from damaging UV rays. That makes the new Prepster Pineapple Bucket Hat not just fun but functional.

Unlike baseball caps, the Prepster Pineapple Bucket Hat provides around-the-head coverage, shading not just the wearer's face but their ears and neck.

"I love this hat," said teenager Abby Schiff, the creator of Prepster Pineapple and the company's Chief Creative Officer. "It's super soft, lightweight, and fits just about every size head – providing the right amount of sun protection. The Prepster Pineapple Bucket Hat is so comfy, I almost forget I'm wearing a hat!"

About Prepster Pineapple

Prepster Pineapple cotton shirts and apparel combine Hawaiian surfer chic, classic style, and a great fit – perfect for today's fashion-conscience, comfort-seeking teens and tweens. Created by teenager Abby Schiff , who is the company's Chief Creative Officer, Prepster Pineapple is a family business.

The company is run by Jennifer L. Schiff, a journalist who covers small business and ecommerce, whose husband, Kenny Schiff, a technology entrepreneur, serves as Chief Technology Officer.
