Organised by the apex body of the industry - Intimate Apparel Association of India (IAAI), the show this year scales 3 times bigger as compared to its previous edition.
A platform for bridging communication channels between players from different areas of the intimate apparel industry – including manufacturing and supply end – Galleria Intima is a one-of-its-kind event that welcomes intimate apparel industry experts, leading manufacturers and suppliers as well as top lingerie brands from not only India but from the world over at the largest gathering of intimate apparel industry players.
Spread over 20,000 sq.ft of recreational space and set amidst a pristine Goan backdrop, Galleria Intima is set to be the event of the year for every intimate apparel professionals. The 2-day extravaganza will see a host of events including panel discussions by leading intimate apparel industry experts, seminars, planned B2B meetings, the Galleria Intima 2013 Fashion Show and an exclusive “Trends Boutique”, for select exhibitors to present their most contemporary creations.
Carlin International, a French-based trend forecasting company will be conducting a 2-day exclusive seminar regarding upcoming trends in the intimate apparel industry and brand building through design innovation. This is the first time that a global market leader like MAS Fabrics, a venture by MAS Holdings will be seen exhibiting their products in India, via the Galleria Intima 2013 platform.
MAS Fabrics consisting of different backward integration ventures including Stretchline Elastics – World Leader in Quality Elastics, Trischel – Knitted and Wrap Knit Fabrics, Texprint – Printing Solution for Fabrics, Silueta – Foam Cup Manufacturer, Prym Intimates – Leader in Hook & Eye Tapes & Underwires, Noyon Laces – Fashion laces would showcase extensive range of services from design to delivery, with comprehensive supply chain integrations to cater to a global clientele.
Wazir Advisors, who is onboard as the knowledge partner to the show would present a white paper of the Indian intimate apparel industry covering essential areas like manufacturing, retailing and consumer trends. The report shall also throw light on industries growth in the next 5 years.
Free accommodation facility for 150+ Primary Members of IAAI and selected VIP Delegates, including a Pick-Up & Drop Facility for Visitors from Airport has been arranged for participants at Galleria Intima this year. A grand invite-only Gala Dinner hosted by IAAI will be held on the first night to give the entire industry a chance to mingle and network with each other, away from the many distractions of the hectic city.
