Registration is now open as Labelexpo Asia 2013 prepares to return to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) between 3 and 6 December, 2013. The tenth anniversary and sixth edition of Asia’s biggest label and converting industry event promises to be the largest in its history.

Covering in excess of 10,000sqm of net exhibitor space, filling two halls, Labelexpo Asia 2013 will feature nearly 300 press, ancillary and material manufacturers as well as 60 first time exhibitors. Confirmed global and Asian market leaders taking part at the show include: Avery Dennison, Durst, Gallus, Lintec (Suzhou) Tech Corporation, Omet, Nuova GIDUE, UPM Raflatac, Xeikon, Zhe Jiang Wei Gang Machinery Co and Zhongtian Machinery Works Co.

The show will also feature six selected conference sessions with a specifically researched keynote address from UPM Raflatac, case studies covering topics such as anti-counterfeiting, sustainability & automation and an insight from a global design agency, as well as a look at digital printing.

Free to enter, Labelexpo Asia is the region’s leading working machinery show, offering networking opportunities with the who’s who of the industry. Aimed at label, flexible packaging, folding carton and general printing/converting professionals, the event is also a must attend for brand owners, label designers and industry suppliers.

John Davy, event director of Labelexpo Asia commented: “We’re delighted to be returning to Shanghai to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the show as China continues to stagger us with how fast it is developing, how dynamic it can be and the how much potential it really has.

"This year we will break visitor and exhibitor records with more than 150 working units being demonstrated and approximately 25 new product launches being unveiled. It is very interesting to see how the number of international and local Chinese exhibitors is balancing, making us the only true international event. We are delighted to be at the forefront of this market phenomenon and anticipate the results of the show with great excitement.”
