Homeshop18 revamps to offer simplified shopping experience

Homeshop18, India’s largest virtual shopping brand, has revamped its website to offer unparalleled and simplified online shopping experience to its customers. 

Launched in 2011, HomeShop18 has over 600 brands across 13 different categories. With this new look, it has synchronised its three mediums; Web, TV and Mobile.

The latest HomeShop18 website is modelled on an international look and boasts of new features that include:

- Unifying and Synchronising Web, TV and Mobile

Users can live stream HomeShop18 TV on the website using their laptops, tablets or mobile phones. 

Also available is rich demo video of the product they want to buy. HomeShop18 has added this feature after gauging consumers’ behaviour deeply through primary and secondary researches. As per various researches, Indian online shoppers need a closer touch and feel of the product than just images. So a detailed demo video facilitates decision making for them     

- VOICE enabled search bar - Using this shoppers can search products by simply giving voice commands on the homepage search bar

- Easy order tracking - Users can track step by step update of their order; order placed, order shipped and expected delivery date

- Product recommendations based on the user’s browsing history have been added to the homepage 

- More interactive features like reviews of products, seeing if the review has been helpful or not 

Catering to a wide audience of over 8.1 million unique visitors on the website and over 20 million households through TV, HomeShop18 continuously works towards providing innovations that add convenience to the customer’s life. The new HomeShop18.com website is designed on a responsive model and is compatible with desktop, tablets and mobile phones.
