Kissy Kissy by Tatiana and Company has won the 2013 Earnie Award for best infants’ clothing. It is the company’s fifth time receiving this recognition. The award is hosted by Earnshaw’s, the leading children’s apparel industry magazine, and the winners are selected by children’s clothing retailers across the United States.

“As we celebrate our 16th year in business, it’s so gratifying to know that stores really appreciate our product. Each season, we try to offer top quality infant essentials that speak to the joy and excitement of welcoming a new baby,” says founder and owner Roxana Castillo.

“Beyond our priceless Peruvian Pima cotton, Kissy Kissy’s prints are always the biggest draw for moms and gift-givers. It’s exciting to see favorite patterns become perennial bestsellers and new designs embraced for their novelty and sweetness.”

Kissy Kissy is comprised of around 80 different groupings a season. The company offers the main Kissy Kissy line along with bolder statements from Kissy Kissy’s Qt-Qt, keepsake-quality christening apparel in Besos by Kissy Kissy, and embroidered and smocked garments from Kissy Kissy Premier.

The line features everyday wear like bubbles, footies, rompers and dresses as well as cold-weather pieces like buntings, cardigans and blankets; accessories including bibs, burp cloths, hats and diaper covers; and special occasion wear like christening gowns and shortalls.

Peruvian Pima cotton, which is the basis of the Kissy Kissy line, contributes to the garments’ appeal. Moms and babies love it because the longer fiber length results in a more durable fabric that gives off a slight luster and is exceedingly soft to the touch.

The Earnie Award winners will be honored at a special celebration hosted by Earnshaw’s on October 7th.

About Tatiana and Company

Tatiana and Company launched in 1995 as a small baby boutique that sold multiple lines, including a few Peruvian collections. The Kissy Kissy line quickly followed and became the first U.S. company to establish a Peruvian Pima cotton line in the kids market here. It was also the first to offer a full range of apparel and accessories for baby so parents and gift-givers could put together sets with blankets, booties, hats, bibs, etc. Today, Kissy Kissy is carried in the finest department stores and specialty boutiques around the world and has a strong celebrity fan base, including Katie Holmes, Molly Sims, Celine Dion, Salma Hayek and Brooke Shields.
