Oysho is stepping up its presence in China, where the chain has 37 shops, opening its first shop in Shanghai.
The boutique opened on 29 August, at 990, Nanjing West Road, one of the city’s busiest shopping streets, and its first high-street location in China. The shop houses all the latest trends in intimates and homewear for the Autumn/Winter 2013/14 season, plus the new designs in its Gymwear line to keep fit in style.
The brand, created in 2001, now has 533 shops in 37 countries. This marks another step in Inditex’s growth in Asia, where all its chain stores are now operating: Zara (140 shops), Pull&Bear (59), Massimo Dutti (43), Berskha (59), Stradivarius (59), Zara Home (13) and Uterqüe (2).
