DICK'S Sporting Goods to open outlet in Albuquerque

DICK'S Sporting Goods, the largest U.S. based full-line sporting goods retailer, invites the community of Albuquerque (Uptown) to their three-day grand opening weekend. The celebration begins on Friday, October 11 at the retailer's new location in the Coronado Mall (6600 Menaul Blvd. NE) and continues through Sunday, October 13.

On Sunday, Mixed Martial Arts fighter Carlos Condit will make an appearance in-store from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Condit, an Albuquerque native, is a former UFC Interim Welterweight Champion and a former WEC Welterweight Champion who has a career record of 29-7.

The Albuquerque (Uptown) location will be the retailer's 3rd store in the state of New Mexico and its 535th nationwide. The new store will feature over 40 in-store services performed by DICK'S certified PROS in Golf, Bike, Hunting, Fishing, Team Sports and more.
