The Silhouettes: 30s styles and pleat-top trousers look smart while slim chinos and 5-pockets look sporty.
The Colours: Black and coal tones dominate here. The borders between yellow, green, brown and grey blur in tones like almond, amber, chartreuse, camou green and the greyish brown tone java. Warm accents are created by elderflower and oxblood.
“Check It!” − Here we find checks in all their variations: patched, printed, stitched and sprayed. Classic checked wool trousers are spiced up with colour pigment spray or resinreinforced
3-D buffies. A highlight here are patchwork trousers with a pattern mix – checks and Donegals meet stripes and herringbone.
“Denim all Around!” − Destroyed becomes super destroyed. Here badges and patches put jeans in the limelight. Smart herringbone or animal flock prints take on a casual vintage touch thanks to washing, lasering and bleaching. Lasered graffiti comes in a grunge rock style – and jacquards add to the colour scheme.
“Jam It!” − Modern chinos are super slim and faded: Cold dye, wave dye and pigment dye make for an authentic look which takes on a dirty touch thanks to vintage cast and partial tapestry prints. Contrasting with this are clean looks in grainy, masculine fabrics in that 30s style.
“Sophisticated Rock!” − Slim silhouettes in cotton or wool paint the picture here. Complemented by a narrow sports jacket, shirt and shoes this gives rise to a smart and elegant look very much in that Bryan Ferry style.
