As announced earlier, Dufry signed an agreement with Folli Follie Group to acquire the remaining 49% of Hellenic Duty Free (HDF), the second step in the acquisition of HDF.
The consideration for the 49% equity stake was paid through a combination of cash and shares. The 1,231,233 new registered shares serving as share consideration were issued from Dufry's authorized capital and transferred to Folli Follie Group on December 13, 2013.
