Oscar de la Renta launches 2nd line with The Outnet

After the super success of his inaugural collection for discount designer web store The Outnet, Dominican American fashion designer Oscar de la Renta is back with yet another range for the same e-commerce site.

Replete with both party and resort wear ensembles, the 20-piece discounted line reflects the design veteran’s signature luxe practical chic vibes and hints of America’s first ladies’ personal styles.

The spring-2014 range includes a silk-twill and wool-blend jacquard frock, a floral print Mikado dress with drop waist peplum, a cotton blend tweed jacket, a white broderie anglaise top, a hounds tooth tweed chiffon number and a nipped at waist flouncy skirt.

The newly released Oscar de la Renta for The Outnet collection has been modelled by the Moscow-based fashion editor and writer Miroslava Duma.

A sister firm of world's premier online luxury fashion retailer net-a-porter.com, theoutnet.com was founded in 2009. The online store is devoted to selling discounted designer womenswear and accessories.

The 81-year-old fashion talent Oscar de la Renta is mainly known for his sumptuous red carpet gowns and luxury evening wear.
