The collection will feature outfits based on the personalities and distinctive styles of Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer, the fashion-forward characters of the popular Warner Horizon Television-produced drama series, which returns for its season four winter premiere Tuesday, January 7th, at 8/7c on ABC Family.
The Pretty Little Liars Collection by Aeropostale launches, January 7th, just in time for the show's much-anticipated return. Mandi will also incorporate the collection into the characters' wardrobes throughout the season, giving fans inspiration on how each girl would personally style the pieces.
"Designing my first-ever collection with Aeropostale has been an incredible experience. It's so rewarding to create a line that truly brings the style of these 'it' girls to life," said Mandi Line. "I knew fashion would play an important part in the show from the start. The fans were really my inspiration for the collection. You can easily mix and match the pieces to express your personal style. It's all about incredible looks at obtainable prices."
"Pretty Little Liars is a pop culture phenomenon, especially amongst our customer," says Scott Birnbaum, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Ecommerce, Aeropostale Inc. "We are thrilled to have partnered with Mandi Line, the show's costume designer, to capture the signature style of each character and to create the first ever Pretty Little Liar's fashion collection."
"We're so excited to be partnering with a fashion-forward brand like Aeropostale, which captures the essence of Pretty Little Liars and is a perfect fit for the show's young, passionate and fashionable fan base," said Sonia Borris, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Operations, Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing.
"Pretty Little Liars is a perfect match for Aeropostale as this partnership allows us to offer fans an original design inspired by the characters in the stylish and trend-setting series – so if you're a fan of the show or a fashionista, this collection will let girls wear their favorite character's look and make it their own," said Maryellen Zarakas, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and TV & Studio Licensing, Warner Bros. Consumer Products.
The partnership is part of Aeropostale's ongoing effort to connect with its social savvy customer and deliver culturally relevant, quality fashion at an exceptional value.
