The event was meant to promote the participants from Bengaluru and youngsters, said Jitesh Thukral, Area Manager, Big Bazaar, Bengaluru. “It’s a remarkable achievement for the participants and the city,” he said.
The girls were gifted vouchers by the area manager, giving them the chance to further celebrate their win by shopping at the store and picking up their favourite finds. The contestants were from Mysore, Bangalore, Kochi and Hyderabad. They all shared that the experience so far has been great and that they were looking forward to the next audition.
Bengaluru was one of the 13 cities where the city audition round was held for the selection of Femina Miss India 2014 contest. The girls selected in the Bengaluru round will take part in the Regional Round of auditions which will be held in three cities across India.
The final audition will be held in Mumbai. Miss India 2014 beauty contest will be held after the final contestants are selected after all the city and regional editions.
