Fashion sourcing trade show Zoom begins on Feb 18

ZOOM, the Euro-Mediterranean and Indian Ocean fashion sourcing trade show –18 to 20 February 2014 at Paris-Nord Villepinte – will feature a major sourcing talk and two photography exhibitions, as well as being part of Première Vision Pluriel’s “Expert Trails”.

This 11th ZOOM – always at the forefront of developments in the fashion production chain – is even more committed to bringing you the best logistics solutions, with 131 exhibitors (including 13 newcomers), offering proximity to European markets, short lead times and fast, reliable delivery.

As well as showcasing the ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories manufacturing offer, ZOOM will host 3 flagship events addressing key industry issues.

Presentation by Ulyana Sukach, International Project Manager at the Fédération de la Maille & de la Lingerie. Case studies of two sourcing specialists: Bulgaria and Morocco.

Plus ZOOM’s 2 PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITIONS both dedicated to men’s style and reflecting the shifts in men’s fashion making it a new focus of creative activity:

FLASHBACK

Devised in partnership with l’Optimum and the Éditions Jalou archives, this retrospective tracks the cult movements that have transformed men’s fashion since the 1970s in a quest to understand contemporary men’s style.

STREET IT-BOYZ

An exhibition, in the form of a photographic notebook, created exclusively for ZOOM by fashion photographer and blogger Filep Motwary. The winter 14/15 man is captured on the catwalk and the streets of Paris by Motwary’s keen, analytical eye.
