M&J Group lands in Munich to show authentic face of denim

Zone area will indeed be hosting M&J Group, a company founded in 1965 in Dhaka (Bangladesh) that on the 4th and the 5th of February, for the very first time, will take part in a European trade show.

With 7 sister companies, each one specialized in a different phase of the production cycle, M&J Group is a leading manufacturer that produces a wide range of top quality denim bottoms and some non denim items. Combining accuracy, strength and a great passion for the job, in 2013 M&J Group developed over 8 million garments, a number that within 2015 is supposed to be doubled through continuous investments in new facilities, technologies and people.

Thanks to a constantly trained staff and to state-of-the-art washing facilities, M&J produces 130 – 150 pieces of sample garments per day and offers its customers a vast choice of world-class products.

Such great efficiency surely contributes to the good reputation M&J Group has developed over the years, introducing itself as a reliable partner with a wide range of customer-focused value-added services that cover all the stages of production cycle, from research to special treatments and 48-hours delivery.

While the R&D team researches the latest trends and styles, using its in-house laboratory to explore new washing and finishing treatments, the development of the product translates customer’s needs in an up-to-date fashion collection made with advanced and highly reproducible techniques.

To its customers, in fact, M&J Group offers a complete range of washings treatments and special effects, promoting in particular the most eco-friendly ones, such as laser, ozone, new generation enzymes, low-temperature polymerization and formaldehyde-free resins.

Sustainability is indeed truly important for M&J Group, which considers “recycling” and “reducing” its new production watchwords.

By adopting a revolutionary system that allows to know the average consumption of water, energy and materials at any time – with the goal to measure it per piece in the upcoming future – M&J Group is able to really save resources, continuously increasing this savings through an ongoing search for low-environmental impact solutions that include new technologies, chemicals and waste management systems.

M&J Group’s care for environment is testified by a number of international certifications, including the WRAP Certificate that guarantees a lawful, humane and ethical production, the LEED PLATINUM Certificate, which ensures the sustainability of facilities and structures, the GOTS Certificate, for products made with 100% cotton, and GRS Certificate.
