Jeanologia to show 'Laser & Eco Dynamic' technology at DPV

The Spanish company Jeanologia specialized in the development of sustainable technologies for garments finishing, will present during the textile exhibition Denim by PV Barcelona its new “Laser & Eco Dynamic" technology that applies the laser and ozone to the previous stages of the manufacturing process.

Over 20 years of experience and the prestigious WGSN Global Fashion Award for best sustainable design team in the world, supports the Jeanologia path, which has positioned itself as a world leader in the development of sustainable technologies for garments finishing.

Currently, the company has gone a step further with its Dynamic project, applying its know-how in the garment finishing to the previous stages of the manufacturing process in particular the continuous fabric.

This technology is designed to treat all types of fabrics, from heavier to lighter, with any structure. It, allows laser engraved on the continuous fabric garments besides aging effects by using ozone.

During the event, which will take place at Fira Montjuïc in Barcelona on 21 and 22 May, Jeanologia in its commercial booth B46 will present the new Laser Dynamic Technology, which uses the laser to engrave authentic standards directly onto the fabric, before the pledge.

Specifically, this technology replaces the printing technique, to laser engraving, thus ensuring the three-dimensionality. In this sense the Dynamic engraving becomes virtual weaving, further providing endless creative possibilities.

Also, will show the G2 Dynamic technology that allows aging onto continuous fabric simply through the use of "air", featuring different wear and tear on the fabric base with "time passed by" effect, which would not be reproducible by applying chemicals on conventional processes.

These two new technologies allow developing creative opportunities endless creating new fabrics with virtual weaving, adding character to basic goods, achieving cloudy, fashion and vintage effects without water or chemicals. Obsolete inventory dynamically transformed into market-right goods!

Jeanologia defines this laser process as "Virtual Weaving"; as stated by Enrique Silla, President Jeanologia "this Dynamic technology will revolutionize the jeanswear industry.”

In that vein, he said that "the denim requires a technological and aesthetic change to go from being the king of the most important basic product creation in fashion." To which he added, "This change started with stretch denim, and now will be consolidated with Jeanologia Dynamic technology that means a before and after in the history of denim.”
