Pitti Uomo 86 sees Paul & Shark's men's luxury sportswear

Jun '14
On the occasion of the 86th edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo (Pitti Uomo 86) which is to be held from 17th to 20th June 2014, luxury sportswear brand, Paul & Shark, will debut its new Spring – Summer 2015 Men’s Collection in Florence, Italy.

The essence of Paul & Shark is featured through precious fabrics, quality, and the experimentation of new materials, which make this luxury sportswear brand one of the most famous worldwide.

New this season is the presentation of the Smart Casual line, a link between Luxury and Sportswear designed to offer a comfortable but refined total look.

The Smart Casual line represents a more sophisticated section of the Sportswear offerings appealing to the fashion conscious gentleman. The jackets are extremely light and made of nylon with leather or suede details.

The Luxury Collection uses high quality materials combined with hand-made tailoring. The collection celebrates Paul & Shark’s core values through a new interpretation of iconic elements and materials such as cashmere and silk. The garments appear very sophisticated while still maintaining a sportswear attitude and making reference to the yachting world.

Knitwear and trousers are made of cotton/cashmere or cotton/silk blends. The deconstructed blazers ensure the highest level of comfort and elegance simultaneously. The pieces within this line are extremely soft due to a unique grinding process which makes the fabric extremely pleasant to the touch. Leather coats and jackets are enriched with special details such as real horn buttons.

The Sportswear line goes beyond the active sportswear borders and becomes part of a 100% lifestyle offering using materials which do not traditionally belong to the sport world and creating new materials capable of combining style and performance.

Competition is the most technical part of our seasonal collection. It embodies the sailing world by creating technical garments intended to be used by sportsmen. The linings inside the colorful nylon jackets represent the GP42 racing yacht.

Capri, the summer capsule collection is represented through colors and materials such as cotton and linen. Brand new is the Travel Shirt which comes in a bag made of the same fabric and color of the shirt.

Not to be missed are the accessories such as the full grain leather loafers and the reversible belts supplied with a moving buckle which creates two in one. The scarves are made of cashmere or linen and the ties have a soft touch due to the fabric processing and finishing.
