Superior Uniform Group has been named Supplier of the Year by Advance Auto Parts, a leader in the automotive aftermarket.

The Supplier of the Year award recognizes overall excellence of service and superior achievement in reaching both savings and SLA targets. The award evaluation process also incorporates scorecard performance ratings from both marketing and procurement departments at Advance Auto Parts. The performance of seventy-five suppliers was evaluated.

“We are very proud of the partnership we have created with Advance Auto Parts. This award is the result of Superior Uniform Group’s commitment to delivering value and delighting our customers.  We are honored to be recipients,” said David Schechter, Vice President of Customer Engagement.

Superior Uniform Group designed Advance Auto Parts’ image apparel program with the goal of delivering a cohesive branded look for employees at 3,900 stores nationwide.  The uniform program includes logoed red knit shirts, personalized with each Team Member’s name, paired with black pants and black outerwear. To ensure the garments not only looked fantastic, but were high-functioning, performance fabrics were selected for their durability, stain resistance and climate-control properties.

Superior Uniform Group’s value-added uniform program management services included providing Advance Auto Parts a custom online store with spend management features, cost-saving inventory management and specialized distribution services.
