AmeriPride Services, a leading textile services company in North America, announced the launch of its new Web Store platform and enhancements to its Custom eStores program. The Web Store platform provides customers who purchase products and services online with improved functionality for search, filters and uniform customization.
In addition, the company is re-launching a unique Custom eStores program, which builds customized web stores for qualified customers to help them manage their uniform program and spending and allow employees to order specific, approved products.

Some of the new features and benefits of the new Web Store platform include the ability to compare products side-by-side with key features and images; visualize uniform customization in real time; easily reorder using order history; utilize social media and email sharing functionality; and easily manage accounts, logos, and passwords. Other benefits include increased website speed and an allowance management capability so customers can allocate dollars to employees for purchases.

AmeriPride has teamed up with Insite Software, a leading provider of business-to-business eCommerce platforms and internationally enabled shipping solutions. The Minneapolis-based company has been integral in the development and re-launch of AmeriPride’s web platform.
AmeriPride will also be rolling out additional digital tools this year, including a Customer Portal that will enable customers to view and pay bills online, access program details and better communicate with their service team. The company sees this as a big step forward in improving the customer experience and strengthening its position as a service leader in the industry.
