Stylista.com partners Shivan & Naresh for beachwear line
Sep '14
The online fashion destination for women Stylista.com has recently launched a limited-edition clothing collection in collaboration with the luxury swimwear label Shivan and Narresh.

A balanced amalgamation of streetwear styles and graphic art, the new range, which includes an array of swimsuits and resort wear pieces, has been designed keeping the young and preppy beachgoers in mind.

Replete with captivating necklines, interesting graphic patterns and stripes in a bold palette of vibrant red, blue curacao and monochromes, the line features classic bikinis, maillots, tankinis and cover-ups.

While speaking on the collaborative venture, the designer duo commented, “This is an exciting line we've developed for the younger, spunkier girl for the beachside or the poolside. The collection aims to capture the beach mood perfectly through our use of bold colours and graphic stripes for beach staples comprising of one-piece swimwear, bikinis, tankinis and cover-ups.”

Avnish Chhabria, the CEO of Stylista.com stated, “Swimwear is a tricky category for Indian designers, which is why most of them stay away from doing it. Moreover, consumers are unable to find good quality, fashion forward swimwear that is easy on the pocket.”

“These were some of the reasons why we picked Shivan & Narresh for our newest collaboration, as they are known for creating high octane, design-led swimwear. This co-branded diffusion line with Stylista is the perfect way for Shivan & Narresh’s luxury brand to reach a younger, more price-conscious demographic,” he adds.

The Shivan and Narresh for Stylista collection is currently available for national as well as international shipping exclusively on Stylista.com.

Before partnering with Shivan and Narresh, the fashion portal had earlier created collections with Masaba Gupta and indie musician-cum-actress Monica Dogra. (PB)
