Wolverine Worldwide appoints new member to BoD

Wolverine Worldwide Inc., one of the global marketers of apparel and footwear, based in the US, has appointed Roxane Divol to its Board of Directors (BoD).
Roxane is currently working as the senior vice president of Alliances for Symantec Corporation, one of the leading software companies that specialize in personal and organizational security, storage, and availability solutions.
In 2013, Roxane was named one of the ‘Most Influential Women in Business’ by the San Francisco Business Times. She currently serves on the Board for the Global Fund for Women, as well as the Board for Lycée Français de San Francisco.
Roxane has received a Masters of Business Administration degree with distinction from INSEAD, a graduate business school with campuses in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and a Masters in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique, a leading engineering school and military academy in France.
