In November last year, Vietnam fetched US $61.81 million from the exports of apparel accessory products, like bag, suitcase, wallet, umbrella and hat, according to official sources from Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT).
Contributing to a large turnover in January to November period, the clothing accessories earned up to around $570 million, posting a year–on–year growth of 28 percent.
Made–in–Vietnam apparel accessories were exported to 43 countries and territories worldwide during the period.
Among these markets, the US took the top spot with revenue of $184.7 million. Other big export markets were Belgium at $66.29 million and Japan worth $56.75 million.
