Mr. Kaden brings extensive apparel industry expertise to M&A

Net Worth Solutions Inc, a merger and acquisition advisory firm that provides investment banking services to the fashion industry, formally announced the appointment of Matt Kaden as Associate Director. Mr. Kaden has a diverse portfolio of financial experience in strategic analysis within the apparel industry.
Mr. Kaden joins Net Worth Solutions from Jones Apparel Group, where he worked as a Planning Analyst within its Wholesale Denim Group during 2006-07. Previously, he was employed at Kellwood Company's largest division, the Lifestyle Design Group (formerly Sag Harbor Group) from 2003-2006 as a Financial Analyst and Strategic Replenishment Manager. From 2000-2003, he was an Associate Planner at Macy's East Corporation in its Merchant Organization after starting in Macy's Business Development program.

At Net Worth Solutions, Mr. Kaden's responsibilities include helping manage client relationships and involvement in structuring and analyzing deals, as well as creating market analyses and business prospectuses for companies seeking to be acquired.
