Zorlu takes a giant step to cross Great Wall of China

Zorlu Group, world leader in integrated home textile production has recently inaugurated its first shop in China. The Company is all set to start its operation in Chengdu city, Sichuan Province in collaboration with China Crown Textile Co Ltd.

The Istanbul based Zorlu has more than 1000 shops in various parts of the world, but it is for the first time that the textile giant has entered China. In order to get a bigger market share it has joined hands with China Crown Textile, a local enterprise that excels in manufacturing home textiles, would help them market their products properly.

The outlets will mainly sell famous brands of Zorlu that includes TAC, Vestel and Linens. The Group aims to open 45 store in China and the first shop will serve as a training ground for the local employees.

The store will also provide an opportunity for the Turkish Group to understand the customers of domestic market, which would help them serve the Chinese consumers better.
