Textile & apparel export to US fetches high revenue

Vietnamese exports of textile and garment to US fetched US $372.2 million in the month of April this year marking an increase of 8.3 percent compared to March and 15 percent on annual basis.
In the first four months, the turnover from exports mounted to $1.573 billion, representing a rise of 26.46 percent over the corresponding period last year.
Reports have revealed that by the end of April, US remained as the largest export destination for Made-in-Vietnam textile and garment products.
Skits, elastic shirt, trouser, jacket suit and over coat were some of the key products shipped to markets across the world.
