New talents to help lift Quanzhou lingerie industry

Quanzhou city, Fujian Province, is one of the top lingerie production bases in China. However, the development of this industry has remained slow, especially since enterprises in the City have failed to keep pace with modern and innovative methods of trading in global markets.

With the present international trade crunch, high oil and raw-material prices as well as RMB appreciation, lingerie industry is struggling to survive.

Thus, Quanzhou lingerie manufacturers are hiring talented people who can help promote their brand, particularly in the domestic markets.

Most of these are young men and women who excel in marketing and advertising fields as well as have complete knowledge about the consumer of this modern era.

Sources report that Quanzhou enterprises, together, have bagged numerous employees who were formerly working with several firms listed among 500 top corporations.

Company officials consider that there is limited supply of such talent in China and thus lingerie industry is having hard time recovering.

Experts also believe that these talented employees will provide enterprises with a new outlook as well as fresh and vibrant working culture.

They will help companies deal with the problems and improve performance, eventually establishing them in, both, local and global market.
