New fine fabrics from RSJ 5/1 EL puts fantasy in shade

Fine feathers make fine birds and fine fabrics turn fantasy into reality. In the fabric introduced at this point imagination has, moreover, found its master.
The underwear quality combines, stripe for stripe, a prominent dot pattern of high transparency with a finely engraved Biedermeier wallpaper design in an ambience of high elegance to create a serious seducing effect.
The transparent fabric emphasizes the feminine silhouette with its lines as an eyeliner does the eye, while the open-mesh gap look in the middle section allows skin to peep through promisingly.
A soft handle, a clean but not constricting fit, and a breathable construction complement a graceful style with comfort.
The different pattern stripes are the result of a deliberate change in the jacquard patterning. Depending on the pattern area, a change was made between the constructions of the jacquard and ground bars.
This, and the sequential yarn feed necessary for the conversion of the design, are only possible with an EL drive and with a Multispeed yarn feed system on an RSJ 5/1 EL.
The changeover in needle lines between the textile accessories therefore takes place seamlessly, directly during fabric production on the RSJ 5/1 EL.
This high-production raschel machine for the production of elastic and non-elastic qualities ranges opaque, semi-open and transparent sections of different widths side by side and, with a working width of 130", produces four body panels next to each other.
The pattern repeat corresponds to the circumference of the finished body and can be configured variably. Just close the back seam, add the breast and crotch parts, sew the selvedges, and the sexy body is ready for sale.
In addition to the electronic guide bar control arrangement and the Multispeed system mentioned above, the technical features for producing this chic item requiring little or no making-up include a piezoelectric jacquard system and the ability to create shogs of up to 170 needles – equipment which aims at maximum flexibility.
Different optical effects can be created just as much as a functional design with strategically placed zones having differential elasticity. Underwear is produced which supports, lifts and shapes where Mother Nature has been somewhat negligent.
In addition to the wide range of opportunities for configuration, the RSJ 5/1 EL offers rapid changes in construction, easy handling and high efficiency.
Depending on the construction and the yarn used, the RSJ 5/1 EL can reach a speed of up to 1,100 m-1. A machine which not only lends the creative person a helping hand with new ideas but also gladdens the heart of the practical man.
