P.J. Salvage -- the well-known loungewear and intimates company -- takes on a new direction launching a beachwear apparel collection for women which made its debut at MAGIC on August 25, 2008.

"For the past 13 years, P.J. Salvage has built a strong niche in the intimates/loungewear market," says Peter Burke, president of P.J. Salvage. "We believe people connect and aspire to the lifestyle and spirit of the beach, and we wanted to translate that in our line. The Beachwear collection is our next step for continuing the growth of the brand."

The spring 09 Beachwear Collection from P.J. Salvage is all about effortless beach-chic style, color and comfort. Sun kissed brights are offered in a variety of prints in terry toweling, chiffons, cotton and silk voile in sun dresses, tunics, hooded tops and maxi dresses. Designers' top picks are the Leopard Fade maxi dress, Floral Fantasy terry toweling group, and the Tunisian Scarf tunic for its vibrant color combinations.

With a targeted distribution to "A" list boutiques, swim retailers and better department stores.
