Nha Be Garment Co unveils strategy to penetrate local markets

The well known apparel manufacturing and export company of Vietnam, Nha Be Garment Corporation has currently unveiled two high-quality apparel and fashion brands, 'Mattana' and 'De Celso' in the domestic markets, which shows its intention of penetrating and increase its share of the domestic clothing market.
The company now intends to develop and nurture brands in the local markets of Vietnam after having scored success in the international markets. It has a 200 strong retailer network set up across the country and has also set up exclusive outlets in HCM city and Ha Noi, which sell high quality suits.
The strategy is to offset the slowdown in export sales and at the same time build a strong brand as well as a domestic network. The Director General of Nha Be Garment, Ms Duong Thi said that as a part of a rebranding exercise, the company will replace all its sign boards across all its outlets.
She further divulged that the company also proposes to add 200 more dealers to the already existing 200 in place. The company also intends to be present across all price points in order to be able to target all classes of customers.
