USAID & Garment Design Center organise training course

According to information made available by USAID Jordan Economic Development Program SABEQ, it along Garment Design Centre, has organised a short term for garment designers and manufacturers, which began from February 15 and will continue till the 25th.
This course will upgrade the skills as well as provide the designers and manufacturers with the tools in order to update them with the latest happenings in the apparels industry. The course also will strive to create employment opportunities for young designers and turn them into entrepreneurs.
The boom in the worldwide apparel sector and also the current recessionary trends has encouraged the centre to provide the skills necessary to survive and effectively compete with other countries in the global markets to the participants of the short term training course.
The USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) is a five year broad economic development initiative which supports improvements in the business environment and provides assistance to expand innovation and productivity in Jordanian businesses.
