GRiPPiES, the no-slip solution for tights, socks and gloves, is now available at One Step Ahead, the popular mail order catalog and website that features innovative kids' safety products for babies and children. The original GRiPPiES “iron-on stars” are now available online and through their monthly mail order catalog.

GRiPPiES patent pending technology allows you to make any sock, slipper, tight, or glove non-slip or “grippie." GRiPPiES, is a start-up company founded in Long Island, New York by two parents with distinct talents and an entrepreneurial passion. The company has shown remarkable growth despite its launch in the economic downturn, with its practical solution to a common problem and a fun approach to child safety.

“As our business grows in the U.S., we are delighted to have a leading retail partner in child safety selling GRiPPiES to their customers,” says Corrie Wilder, managing partner. “One Step Ahead is well-known for its rigorous testing program, and we see this as a strong testament to the effectiveness of GRiPPiES. They are also excellent retailers, and we are delighted by our new relationship.”

GRiPPiES, the “no-slip” solution for socks, tights and gloves is the first product introduced by Apparel Solutions, a parent-created company focused on innovative clothing accessories that solve everyday challenges for children and adults.
