Mammut Pure Ascent adds Adamello jacket with Pro Shell

The new Pro Shell jacket is light, flexible and tough – for female alpinists who like things a little faster. With its Gore-Tex Pro Shell, the Adamello jacket is one of the star products in the Mammut Pure Ascent line.

Your aim is to ascend as quickly, directly and elegantly as possible. Athletes for whom the way up is the only thing that counts and who forego everything but the essentials. The material must be compact, light, safe and fast to perform. The Adamello jacket for women is thus the ideal jacket for women who focus on rapid ascents.

The Pro Shell material is characterised by extreme durability as the membrane is securely joined to the wear-resistant surface material and resilient lining. Weighing only 370 grams, the Adamello jacket is classed as a lightweight amongst the tough Hard Shells.

The extremely lightweight grade Pro Shell laminate is generously reinforced in those areas that are particularly subject to wear. The newly designed High Reach sleeves provide for freedom of movement when climbing. The hood, which is suitable for use with helmets, can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally and offers ample protection and good lateral visibility.
