Outlast Technologies, the leader in phase-change technology, announces new Outlast licensee Isok & Ferguson will debut a new performance golf shirt with the added temperature regulating benefits of Outlast technology at the upcoming West Palm Beach Golf Expo.

Isok & Ferguson is a developer, supplier and distributor of high quality clothing and related accessories. Outlast has partnered with Isok & Ferguson to offer a golf shirt for men that balances temperature on and off the golf course.

“Outlast technology is well suited for golf wear as it works to balance body temperature and reduce perspiration both on and off the course and in a variety of weather conditions. Thus making it a multi-functional everyday garment,” said Greg Roda, President and CEO of Outlast Technologies. “We are looking forward to a long-term partnership with Isok & Ferguson and the opportunity to expand Outlast® technology in this market segment.”

HOW OUTLAST TECHNOLOGY WORKS
The human body naturally sweats to cool the skin, reducing the ability of standard golf clothing, to keep the body dry and comfortable. Outlast technology, conversely, will keep individuals comfortable both on and off the golf course by absorbing body heat when too much is created, thereby diminishing the amount of moisture. This continuous cycle allows the wearer to be not be too hot or too cold, but just right.

OUTLAST DIFFERENCE – Wicking v. Temperature regulation

It's the difference between being proactive to a problem or reactive.

Outlast technology is proactive because it constantly adapts to changing skin temperature to absorb the excess heat and reduce perspiration before it begins. This constant adaptation to skin temperature allows the wearer of a golf shirt with Outlast technology to be more comfortable for a longer period of time. Standard wicking technologies only begin to provide a benefit when it begins to react after the wearer has become uncomfortable with sweat. This reaction pulls away moisture for evaporation, while Outlast technology proactively delays the onset of sweat before the wearer becomes uncomfortable.

“We are excited to expand our market into casual wear and high performance apparel. By adding the temperature-regulating benefits of Outlast technology to our offering, we will be able to offer the same high quality products that we always have to a new segment of customers,” says Moses Isokariari, President of Isok & Ferguson.

The new Isok & Ferguson golf shirt will debut at the West Palm Beach Golf Expo, booth #228, where buyers will be able to see and feel samples of the shirts as well as place orders. The West Palm Beach Golf Expo will be held August 18 – 20, 2009 at the South Florida Fair. The expo will be open from 9 am – 5 pm on Tuesday, August 18 and Wednesday, August 19. On Thursday, August 20, the expo will be open from 9 am – 4 pm.

Isok & Ferguson Companies,Inc. (IF) opened its doors in the spring of 2006 and is rapidly evolving into the clothing company of choice for men and women with distinguished taste. Originally founded as a sole proprietorship in 2006, (IF) has evolved into a developer, supplier and distributor of high quality clothing and related accessories. IF's objective is to be at the forefront of its customer's wardrobe and to become a name in fine clothing that people trust
