The sunset of July and the dawn of August saw a flurry of visits to Brandix ventures in Sri Lanka and India by the leadership teams of Victoria's Secret.

Led by Sharen J. Turney, President and CEO of Victoria's Secret Mega Brands USA and Denise Landman, President of PINK - Victoria's Secret USA, two teams of senior executives from Limited Brands and Mast Industries reviewed the tremendous progress Brandix had made with the Victoria's Secret business in recent times, assessed future potential and launched key new ventures that are expected to fuel growth.

Amongst the many highlights, the progress made by Brandix in its Underwear business, its pioneering efforts in providing speedy solutions and its integrated Apparel City in India came in for high praise. These visits were momentous for Brandix and are expected to generate a fresh impetus for business, the leading apparel exporter said this week.

The first group of visitors hosted by Brandix was led by Denise Landman and included Richard Dent (CEO of VS PINK) from Limited Brands, the parent company of Victoria's Secret USA, Rick Paul (President - Mast Industries USA), Jeanie Carter (Executive Vice President PINK - Mast Industries USA), Iris Lam (Vice President PINK - Mast Industries Hong Kong), Reena Cheriyan (Associate Vice President, Country Manager - Mast Industries India) and Elayne Mirando (Divisional Manager PINK - Mast Industries Sri Lanka).

In a separate visit led by Sharen Turney, top caliber guests included Rick Paul and Jeanie Carter from the initial entourage, Martin Trust (President - Brandot International), Margaret Wright (Executive Vice President, Sourcing - Mast Industries USA), Annie Wong (President - Mast Industries Far East), Ed Kistner (Executive Vice President - Mast Industries Far East), Viran Perera (Country Manager - Mast Industries Sri Lanka) and Michael Fernando (Director, Victoria's Secret - Mast Industries Sri Lanka).

“The two visits by the Presidents of Victoria's Secret Mega Brands and PINK within the space of a week illustrate the importance of Brandix in Victoria's Secret sourcing strategy,” said Ashroff Omar, CEO of Brandix. “They also underline the potential for future growth.”
