Shop.org elects new board members

Shop.org announced that six retailers and two solution providers have been elected to its Board of Directors. Newly-elected Board members will meet in September at Shop.org's Annual Summit in Las Vegas.

Shop.org Board members represent the needs of the Shop.org membership, provide strategic and financial guidance on the mission, vision and operation of the group, and contribute to Shop.org's authority in the industry.

Newly-elected Shop.org Board Members include:
- Miki Berardelli, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Polo Ralph Lauren
- Pinny Gniwisch, Chief Motivational Officer, Ice.com
- Brett Hurt, Founder and CEO, Bazaarvoice, Inc.
- Richard Last, Vice President and Director, New Business Development, JCP.com, JCPenney
- John Lazarchic, Vice President, Ecommerce, PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc.
- Kelly Mooney, President and Chief Experience Officer, Resource Interactive
- MJ Murphy, Senior Director, Ecommerce, Cole Haan
- Bob Myers, Senior Vice President, QVC.com, New Media, Broadcast Operations and Technology, QVC, Inc.

Additional members of the Shop.org Board of Directors, who are serving the second year of a two-year term, are:
- Anne Ashbey, formerly VP, Internet Marketing, Harry and David

- Peter Cobb, Co-Founder, Senior Vice President, eBags
- Chuck Davis, Chairman and CEO, Fandango, Inc.

- John McAteer, Head of Retail, Google Inc.
- Tracy Mullin, President and CEO, National Retail Federation
- Scott Silverman, Executive Director, Shop.org
