2XU has carefully selected which retailers will carry the exquisite line, and Gear and Training is among them.

Project: X 2XU Wetsuits and Triathlon apparel will be the "best of best" triathlon gear in the world. The 2XU Wetsuit offers cutting edge features such as Velocity Strakes, which in rough water conditions channels water for greater stability and less sideways movement. In smoother water, a channeling process is offered for greater lift and cleaner water flow for speed.

The Transition Front Buoyancy Panel features exceptionally buoyant and densely celled material, which enables the athlete to have less body in the water and faster overall speed. The X:1 Tri suit's key features include hydro panels, which resist water and lift the swimmer as they move through the water, an elite chamois which has unmatched quick-drying fabric, and mild compression which is made of material that offers durability and comfort. Additionally, the X Stretch Back Panel provides extra flexibility through the bike and run.

"We are looking forward to be working closely with 2XU on PROJECT: X wetsuits and apparel; this gear no doubt will be the best in breed next year. And we are elated to be chosen to be one of the few retailers who will have access to the line of wetsuits and apparel," said Stephen McCarthy, owner of Gear and Training.

The line will be available on a limited production basis, and also features special extras such as a race transition bag and key ring, and owners will become members of the 2XU International Privilege Club during the garment's warranty period.
