Gleeworks, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired all of the outstanding ownership interests of Rockstyle, Corp. a designer of fashion wear, headquartered and registered in the state of California.

Embracing Rock via Fashion, the Rockstyle, Corp. apparel line was initially created in 2005 by Shelly Moeller, and has since become a staple in both Rock Star and Celebrity wardrobes.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding ownership interests of Rockstyle, Corp. and pursuant to the Agreement the Company elected Shelly Moeller as its President and Chief Executive Officer. As a result of the acquisition, the former owners of Rockstyle, Corp. have been issued 10 million shares of the Company's Common Stock, representing approximately 91% of the total shares currently issued and outstanding.

Shelly Moeller has been involved in Fashion design, manufacturing and distribution in both the wholesale and retail fashion business for the past decade. Her numerous contacts in the music industry and Hollywood bring invaluable product placement, branding and promotional opportunities for Gleeworks, Inc.

The acquisition of Rockstyle marks the first step in building a portfolio of fashion and apparel related brands within the Gleeworks, Inc. group. With Rockstyle now heading the list of proprietary brands, the Company expects to make additional brand licensing and distribution deal announcements throughout 2010.

"We believe there is a sizeable market for the products and brands the company is targeting, both in the United States and worldwide. Our management team has long term experience in sourcing, licensing, distribution and marketing which, together with our contacts in the Celebrity World, helps us assure high level product placement giving visibility and promotion to support the wider retail distribution of our products," said Shelly Moeller, CEO.
