Interloop sets-up Fong's yarn dyeing facilities

In a bid to ensure the quality of final product, Interloop Limited, which is the largest manufacturer of quality socks in South Asia, has installed all-Fong's-equipped yarn dyeing facilities.
The company that has around 2,300 machine units and employs above 7,000 workers, provides wide range of quality socks and dyed yarn, across the globe.
Intrloop had joined forces with Fong's in 2006. Now, there are 7 units of Fong's package dyeing machines and few drying systems installed at yarn dyeing plant of Interloop. This has swelled up the yearly production of the company to around 1,500 tons of dyed yarn and 27 million dozens of socks.
The qualities such as high performance, reliability, excellence and the environmental features in Fong's products made the company choose Fong's package dyeing machines, said the Deputy General Manager of Processing at Interloop, Mr. Ijaz Hussain.
He added that, offering value-added and superior quality yarn is a key objective of the company, and Fong's Allwin package dyeing machine produces best quality yarn at competitive prices reducing energy and water consumption, and dye chemicals.
