Maryland based shapewear company Shapeez, a leader in the intimates industry, announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued U.S. Patent for their Unbelievabra. The patent covers the unique Shapeez design for the Unbelievabra, an all-in-one bra, body-shaper and camisole that smoothes back bulges and provides superior breast shaping performance.

"The granting of this patent underscores our commitment to maintaining a leadership position in the shapewear and intimates market," said Staci Berner, President and CEO of Shapeez. "Shapeez continues to invest in innovation through our in-house design department, as we strive to be the brand of choice for women who demand comfort and support in the innerwear products they use for their active lifestyle."

The Unbelievabra is constructed from a moisture wicking Cool Stretch nylon Lycra that smoothes and slims the torso with a design technology that combines a molded underwire bra without any back bands or closures. The result is a “second-skin” effect that creates a sleek and slimming silhouette without visible bra lines or back bulges. The Unbelievabra effectively and comfortably provides superior breast support while shaping the waist, tummy and back.

Currently the Unbelievabra comes in the original full-length and The Shortee, the ultimate T-shirt bra. The products are available in thirty-six size ranges with cups sizes ranging from A to E in a black, brown or a nude shade. The Unbelievabra retails and The Shortee both are available in select boutiques, Von Maur department stores and several mail order catalogs throughout the U.S. and Canada. In February 2010 the company will unveil its newest product The Lacee, an elegant bra and camisole combination that features beautiful scalloped lace concealing the underwire molded cups. The Lacee will be available in the Long and Short version offering the same amazing qualities as the Unbelievabra. The Lacee long features a beautiful peek-a-boo lace hem that can be tucked in or worn out.

Created in 2007 by stay-at-home mom turned entrepreneur, Staci Berner, the Unbelievabra (unbelievabra.com) was her answer to a bra/shaper that had all of the features and benefits she both needed and wanted and could not find in the market. Shapeez which is based out of Maryland has three major innerwear products distributed throughout the US and Canada.
