Zungui Sportswear sales fair orders up

Zungui Haixi Corporation, a China-based manufacturer of sportswear and casual footwear, announced that the orders for its sports footwear and apparel line increased 38% over the previous year from its' recently held sales fair. The Company's 25 sportswear distributors attended the April sales fair held in Shishi City, Fujian Province. The casual footwear sales fair will be held in late May in the Fujian Province.

In addition, the Company has successfully opened 18 additional corporate-owned stores during April, 2010 in conjunction with its previously announced retail growth strategy to open 100 corporate-owned stores. The stores, 13 of which are sportswear stores, are located in both the Fujian and Shangdong Provinces in Tier 2 and 3 cities. These new stores add almost 2,000 selling square metres to the retail network.

"We are pleased with the increased orders from our distributors," said Mr. Jixu Cai, Chief Executive Officer of Zungui. "We continue to focus on producing high quality product selections to strengthen the ZUNGUI brand. We have recently begun our advertising campaign on local Chinese television stations in Fujian Province to further promote the brand. The 18 new corporate-owned stores are a strong beginning to executing our growth strategy and delivering results to our shareholders."

Zungui Haixi Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of athletic footwear, apparel and accessories, and also casual footwear, in the People's Republic of China. Both product lines are marketed under the ZUNGUI brand.
