The New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute will host a fireside chat with Mindy Grossman, CEO of HSN, Inc. on May 26, 2010. Robert Drbul, Managing Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst, at Barclays Capital will facilitate the discussion.

Named one of Forbes Magazine's 100 Most Powerful Women and FT's Top 50 Women in World Business, Ms. Grossman is also a member of the Board of Directors of the $3 billion retailer. She is a 32-year veteran of the retail and apparel industries with a pedigree resume that includes executive roles at Nike, where she headed Nike's $4 billion apparel business, as well as Polo Jeans Company, Ralph Lauren, Warnaco, and Tommy Hilfiger.

Ms. Grossman will be joined by Robert Drbul, Managing Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst, Barclays Capital. Mr. Drbul is responsible for both the Broadline Retailing/Department Store and Textile, Footwear and Apparel industries. In 2009, he was ranked the #1 Textile, Footwear and Apparel analyst by Institutional Investor for the sixth time in eight years. He was also ranked by Institutional Investor as a Runner-Up for the Broadline Retailing/Department Store industry in 2009. Prior to his current role, Mr. Drbul spent time as an analyst at Lehman Brothers, Salomon Brothers and Federated Investors.

The goal of the fireside chat is for Ms. Grossman to share her thoughts on effective CEO communication with the investment community.

Hosted by Estee Lauder, the discussion will take place at Bumble & Bumble, located at 415 W. 13th Street in Manhattan. Registration and networking begins at 5:30 pm, with the program beginning promptly at 6:00 pm. A networking reception will follow at 7:00 pm.
