Rutan & Tucker launches Apparel Industry Practice Group

Rutan & Tucker LLP, California's largest full-service law firm based in Orange County, has recently launched an Apparel Industry Practice Group designed to provide legal representation to companies engaged in the fashion, apparel and beauty business.
The new practice group formalizes the firm's long-standing reputation as a trusted advisor to many highly regarded companies in the apparel industry that are located within and outside of Orange County. Current clients in the industry range from start-up private companies to public companies that are industry leaders, and include manufacturers, distribution companies and retail operations.
The range of specialized legal services the new group will provide clients includes: - Business Formation and General Corporate Representation - Public and Private Financings - Mergers and Acquisitions and Growth and Exit Strategies - Intellectual Property Matters, including Trademark, Copyright and E-commerce - Licensing, Distribution and Marketing Arrangements - Litigation, including Business and Intellectual Property Disputes
Founding members of the new group that is chaired by partner Vicki Dallas are her fellow attorneys Susan Barricella, Larry Cerutti, Derek Dundas, Mark Frazier, John Hamilton, Edson McClellan, Hengameh Safaei, Hani Sayed, Garett Sleichter and Libby Willrich.
The attorneys regularly follow apparel market trends and issues, attend major apparel tradeshows and are active in key industry organizations that give them firsthand insight into key industry developments they use to assist clients.
