Ritu Wears after having launched a big format store in Indore in March 2010 has now bigger plans. It plans to open a bigger format store 'Ritu Wears Biglife' in the Model Town area of New Delhi.
The store is being set up at a cost of around Rs 50 million and will be spread out over an area of 18,000 sq feet. The store will encompass many categories like apparels, accessories, home furnishings etc.
Currently, the retailer has around 12 outlets and plans to add 33 more new stores mainly in North and Central India by 2014. Ritu Wears plans to give customers the next level of experience with this new store in Model Town.
Ritu Wears Biglife is being promoted as a family lifestyle destination where there is something for everybody. The store color code too has been has changed with the introduction of magenta, green, deep yellow and blue shades.
Ritu Wears is a home grown lifestyle brand in existence since 1965; they started out of a little garage from the back yard of their house to currently running a retail empire which is a Rs 3 billion turnover company.
