Football Fanatics announced that former Wal-Mart Vice President Scott Williams has been named President of Football Fanatics and that former Senior Director at NFL Bob O'Keefe has joined Football Fanatics' TeamFanShop division as Vice President of Business Development. Williams and O'Keefe join the company as it continues to grow rapidly, adding professional and college sports teams to its roster of e-commerce clients.

“We are very excited to welcome Scott and Bob to the Football Fanatics team,” said Alan Trager, CEO of Football Fanatics. “They join a team of the most talented and dedicated people who continue to set the industry standard for performance and service.”

The addition of Mr. Williams and Mr. O'Keefe coincides with several business milestones for Football Fanatics:

• The company is moving to a new facility with over 1M square feet of capacity.
• The TeamFanShop platform supports more fans and more sports teams than any other dedicated online licensed sports apparel e-commerce system.
• The company's growth and financial performance continue to outperform the industry average.

In his role as president, Mr. Williams will oversee marketing, partner relations, technology, and development of new business opportunities. Prior to joining Football Fanatics, Mr. Williams was Vice President and General Manager of the e-business unit for Wal-Mart's Sam's Club division, overseeing samsclub.com as well as its call center and digital marketing operations.

“Having overseen the growth of e-commerce in Wal-Mart's Sam's Club division, I am truly impressed with the continued year-to-year momentum of Football Fanatics,” said Mr. Williams. “I look forward to working with my new team to win over customers with the industry's best customer service, most robust e-commerce platform and world-class product assortment.”

Prior to Wal-Mart, Mr. Williams led the e-commerce, marketing, and direct businesses for OfficeMax. Mr. Williams has over 20 years of general management, e-commerce, and marketing experience with major Fortune 500 and Internet Retailer 500 organizations.

Mr. O'Keefe joins Football Fanatics' TeamFanShop division as vice president of business development where he is responsible for growing business partnerships with professional sports leagues and teams. Mr. O'Keefe has 25 years of sports marketing experience. Prior to joining Football Fanatics, he spent 12 years at the NFL where he built the NFL Fan Database, the NFL Extra Points credit card rewards program, and grew NFLshop.com to a $135M business.

“For over a decade at the NFL my most rewarding work was with the 32 unique clubs across the country,” said Mr. O'Keefe. “I can't imagine a better opportunity than to be at Football Fanatics working directly with professional sports franchises to reach and engage their passionate fans.”

Prior to the NFL, Mr. O'Keefe spent 8 years at Sports Illustrated in various consumer marketing roles, and 5 years at Y&R Advertising specializing in sports advertising.

Football Fanatics is an online retailer of sports, lifestyle, and athletics apparel and a provider of outsourced e-commerce solutions for licensed athletic apparel. With over 120,000 available items, Football Fanatics has a deep product assortment spanning NCAA college sports, NFL, MLB, NBA, NASCAR, and NHL.
