Trista Sutter designs 'Winter Rose' for My Vintage
Jul '10
My Vintage Baby, Inc., a public children's apparel company, announced its new partnership with Trista Sutter. Trista was watched by millions in the first seasons of ABC's The Bachelor and The Bachelorette and went on to marry her fire-fighter husband, Ryan, in a televised event to which over 26 million people tuned in. She is still happily married and is the proud mother of two beautiful children, Max and Blakesley.

Beginning fall 2010, Trista will be joining our family and designing a collection for My Vintage Baby called “Winter Rose.” A portion of the proceeds from Trista's collection will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. All My Vintage Baby fall 2010 collections will launch for presales on August 1ST. A Launch-Press event with Trista will follow on August 17th in Dallas, Texas.

“I am so excited to start the fall season with My Vintage Baby! Not only are all the pieces absolutely precious, but as someone who has experience in direct sales, I think the concept is brilliant!” stated Sutter.

“We could not be more thrilled to be working with Trista. Not only is she the down-to-earth Mom that all of our customers and direct sales reps can identify with; she is also very talented on so many levels,” commented My Vintage Baby CEO Jessica Wiswall.

“Additionally, My Vintage Baby just came off a record second quarter! With strong sales results and this new partnership, we expect to see an immediate surge in bookings as well as in the amount of inquiries from those interested in joining our team,” added My Vintage Baby National Sales Director Jana Champagne.

Q2 highlights:

• Gross Sales increased 87% year over year!
• Increase in gross profits of 120%!

Second Quarter Results

Gross sales increased from $412,945 to $770,981 for the six months ending June 30, 2009 vs. June 30, 2010 respectively. Related gross profits increased from $193,156 to approximately $425,588 for the same periods.

“The first quarter of this year we made a significant change to our business model. We moved from selling to over a thousand high end retail department stores and boutiques the past six years, to a Direct Sales Organization. This model has brought higher revenues and improved margins, as well as better visibility into our pipeline of revenue opportunities, giving us the confidence to now project an estimated 75% revenue growth for the year,” stated Jeff Welsh My Vintage Baby CFO.

My Vintage Baby is recognized as “a piece of yesterday for the hip child of today.” Visit My Vintage Baby's website and click on the Shop MVBD tab for select children's wear and accessories.
