Bravada receives FINRA approval for change in name
Jul '10
BRAVADA International Inc. announced that it has received FINRA approval to change its name from Muscle Flex Inc. to BRAVADA International Ltd. effective July 19, 2010.

The Company changed its name to BRAVADA to more accurately reflect the company's growing depth of its business affairs which includes its BRAVADA Women's Athletica stores, which it is expanding across North America, as well as its Kardashian Khaos Celebrity Lifestyle stores, the first of which is scheduled to open at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas in August 2010 with its partners The Kardashians / Jenners / Odoms, The Mirage (The MGM Resorts International) and TLK Fusion.

Additional international locations are being considered for the next location shortly after the opening of the first Kardashian Khaos store at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.

As of June 1, 2010, FINRA changed their internal policy to only change trading symbols if a corporate merger occurs. As a result, BRAVADA's trading symbol will continue to be MFLI. BRAVADA CEO Danny Alex is expected to make additional comments with regards to FINRA and their new policy regarding trading symbols shortly.

Muscle Flex will remain an integral part of the company and will be developed as the harder edged health and fitness product and services brand within BRAVADA.
