A novel apparel called M-Dress carries a novel feature of facilitating the wearer to make or receive calls just by slipping the sim card under the label and also allowing the wearer to keep usual numbers.
CuteCircuit, the London-based fashion company designed this specially featured apparel, which will ring when someone calls. The gesture recognition software will allow the wearer to receive the call just by raising hand to the ear and hang up, by bringing the hand down.
It also allows wearer to set different ring-tones for different numbers. However, limited numbers of pre-programmed contacts can be called through the garment.
The dress is a dark, richly textured, form-fitting silk jersey and will be introduced next year. However, its price has not been disclosed yet. In order to reduce radiations that the wearer would be exposed to, the antenna is stitched in the bottom hem of the garment which is at knee-height.
