Information on winter 2012/13 trends at Performance Days

The exhibition & roadshow Performance Days opens on November 18 in Munich and on November 23 in Annecy for all trade and business professionals of the textile industry. All visitors have a 2 days opportunity at both places to view the latest trends and innovations on functional fabrics from around the world. They can also listen and participate on free speeches with topics like trends, colors, environmentally friendliness and more.

At the 5th Performance Days (18-19.11 Munich and 23-24.10 Annecy), 67 international exhibitors will inform about the trends for winter 2012/13 and updates on summer 2012 collections. Well-known companies as Everest, Pontetorto, Sofileta and Bluesign will be attending and also new ones like Carol Textile, Miti or INVISTA are participating. The following speeches are in program this year:

• Trends & colors for summer 2012 in English and German by Nora Kühner from IDEAS
• Pantone. Chances and Risks in modern color management in German by Ingrid Holacsek, from mode...information GmbH in French by Fabio Venturotti, from Pantone
• Ecological waterrepellence of the future/Bionic Finish Eco in English and German by Dr. Gunther Duschek from Rudolf Group in French by Didier Simon from Rudolf Group
• Sustainability in the textile supply chain in English by Sebastian Baumgartner from bluesign techn. AG
• LYCRA SPORT fabric: the power to perform In English by Simon Whitmarsh-Knight from INVISTA Apparel
• Presentation of EuroSIMA (Surf industrie manufacturers association)

As special service all speeches can be downloaded and discussed online. Visitor, exhibitors and press can ask questions before and after all speeches online and comment on other suggestions. This helps the presenters to customize their speeches to the audiences taste and requirements.
