Nov '10
The arrival of a baby is a cause of celebration for any family. But a newborn in the family also brings a myriad of lifestyle changes, and a rearrangement of priorities. Being able to multitask is a must, as is having infinite energy reserves!

From the moment of arrival, a new parent's life can change dramatically – baby comes first, whilst everything else must find a place in the new hectic daily schedule. Just finding time to do even the simplest of everyday tasks can be a challenge. That's why the designers at Vertbaudet have been diligently working on a new line of baby clothing, developing practical but stylish solutions that save parents much-needed time and energy.

Vertbaudet always endeavour to design clothes that meet the demanding needs of growing, developing babies and toddlers, as well as busy parents. The new baby clothing line brings together style and functionality, offering innovative and convenient clothing features that makes dressing and changing your child's nappy quick and easy.

And because every day is a voyage of discovery for a baby - with splodges, splats and stains often featuring heavily - Vertbaudet understands that there are potentially several points in any day when baby may require a quick clothing change. That's why a number of baby clothes in the latest collection feature easy to use press studs, to make this necessary job as fast and efficient as possible. For instance, Vertbaudet's everyday baby suits feature press-studs between the legs, so that baby can be dressed or changed in a flash.

Vertbaudet baby boy's trousers and girl's leggings also feature comfortable adjustable waistbands that grow with your baby, whilst retaining a perfect fit. This cost-efficient solution not only negates the need to fiddle with fussy, awkward buttons and fastenings, but also makes dressing as easy as ABC.

Comfort Comes First
These practical style solutions do not come at a cost of baby's comfort. Vertbaudet has a long history of producing durable clothes for delicate baby skin, and the new Autumn/Winter 2010/11 range is no exception. That's why irritating, itchy labels have been forsaken in favour of printing helpful information on the inside of the clothes.

For the harsher winter months, the designers at Vertbaudet have also produced a range of protective warm and cosy all-in-one winterwear in soft, gentle fibres. The suits feature durable easy-use zips, as well as detachable mittens and bootees for those quick trips out and about with Mum and Dad.

Worldwide leading children's clothing brand Vertbaudet was founded over 20 years ago in France. UK Vertbaudet operations were established in 1997, in addition to an existing prestigious home shopping network and a number of high street stores. As award-winning specialists in their field, Vertbaudet have built on their reputation of style and innovation, continuing to develop "children's clothing with children inmind".
